Tangerang, May 1 2023 - The Islamic Education Student Association held a Community Service for underdeveloped villages around Tangerang City. This activity is carried out every month of Ramadan as a response to concern for villages that are still underdeveloped in terms of economy and education.

 

Pujiantoro Dwi Cahya Putra, as the chief executive of this activity said that the purpose of this activity is to build villages for a country, one of which is in the field of education. "Environments that are in need of educators, areas that are still lacking in attention from the local government, maybe if we can help and become our target for outreach to the community," he remarked.

 

Because this activity was carried out during the month of Ramadan, apart from teaching school education, these student associations also taught how to do tausiyah, how to read Qur'an and how to carry a sound of adzan.

 

Apart from the educational aspect, they also conduct outreach and help from an economic and environmental perspective. They socialize about hydroponic planting and build a waste bank.

 

By holding this activity, the Islamic Religious education student associations hope that young people can become a better generation and also carry out good activities in the month of Ramadan.

 

"According to the target, according to our faculty and organization, which Islamic Islamic education, we want to instill Islamic values in the month of Ramadan, how do we as students, describe and fight for the community about goodness and compete in goodness." Pujiantoro said.
