Synopsis

According to Yakuboyska (2022), in the book entitled How to Write a News Story: Definition, Structure, Types of the News Story. Think and Write For Work and Study, it was said that in a news story, the details of an event are reported. News articles are usually short, between 100 and 400 words, depending on the type of news and its position within the publication. News Article Structure To write a news article, journalists follow the traditional structure typical of journalism writing. The inverted pyramid is a style of news reporting. It also makes it easier for editors to summarize articles by moving less important information to the end of the article without compromising the overall story coherence. Using an inverted pyramid, his message consists of four parts.  

 

 

Reflection

Through the material “Write a News Story: Analyzing and Writing a News Story ", I was relized that Analyzing and writing news stories requires a multi-pronged approach that combines research, critical thinking, and effective storytelling. The process begins with a thorough fact-finding process, in which journalists examine multiple sources of information to verify their reliability. A critical eye is needed to detect biases and misinformation and to explain events objectively. To create a compelling story, you need to structure your story with an engaging beginning, include relevant quotes, and provide context that engages your readers. A successful news story not only conveys information, but it also stimulates thought and analysis, giving your audience a deeper understanding of your topic. Harnessing the power of words, well-crafted messages have the potential to shape public debate and contribute to a more informed and enlightened society.
